Your order will be processed within 2 business days. You'll receive an email with instructions.

When will I receive a test kit for my order?

Your test kit (for certain test panels only) will arrive within 14 business days.

What if I have questions about my order?

What if I need to make changes to my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order.

Where can I complete my bloodwork?

Bloodwork ordered by our clinic is not drawn on-site. To find the nearest LabCorp location, please use the following link and enter your zip code: LabCorp Lab Finder. If there are no LabCorp locations near your address, feel free to contact us for assistance.

In which states can I order lab tests?

Lab draws through our partner, LabCorp, are available in all 48 contiguous states. Additionally, Sage Bio Visualizer offers the flexibility to store and display lab results from any lab.

Is a follow-up appointment included with the bloodwork?

Follow-up consultations are not included with ordered labs. If you'd like to schedule a consultation or lab review with one of our providers, please visit GillettHealth.com to explore our A La Carte appointments or membership options.

How long does it take to get my lab results?

Hormone labs often require extra processing time and typically take around 2 weeks to complete at LabCorp. Once we receive your full report, we will promptly upload it to your chart for your convenience.

How will I receive my results?

Once your results are finalized, they will be uploaded to the Sage Bio Visualizer. Simply Log In to your account to view them at your convenience.

What should I do if my uploaded lab result reports don't appear in the Sage Bio Visualizer?

Please allow up to 15 minutes after the upload for the full analysis to complete. If your results still aren't appearing, please Contact Us or email us at help@sagebio.com

What should I do if I forget my password?

Simply click on the "Forgot my password" prompt on the Login Page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
